Hi, I’m Jonathon Cassone, owner of LTP Property Maintenance. LTP Property Maintenance is a landscape design, installation, and maintenance company. We cover a wide scope of landscaping services including: Planting, sod, mulch, irrigation, grading, drainage, and full service lawn and property care. 



I started this journey back in 2018 in southern Vermont with a trailer and a pick up truck. Shortly after I realized the growth and opportunity the south and specifically North Carolina was experiencing and moved our operation here to the Charlotte metro area in 2020. Today we are a team of 6 and are continuing to make a positive impact in this great community!
